We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Team Manager to join our Components department. This role is based in Columbus, IN .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Eliminating potential supply chain failures as part of the daily planning process
Championing preventive practices to eliminate expediting to supply chain leadership as appropriate to prevent problems
Leveraging common process tools and information systems.
Approving system strategies and advising on changes to planning systems parameters as required
Analyzing and interpreting KPIs to identify areas for improvement and action plans.
Collaborating with functional stakeholders to mitigate mid-term supplier or customer constraints
Leading and coaching supply chain planners and order management team and ensure they continuously demonstrate customer support excellence
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent to Bachelors’ Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related subject along with 5 years of relevant and applicable experience
Experience managing Customer Order Management staff to ensure that resources are used effectively, and that work schedules and targets are achieved
Experience managing customer inquiries to identify recurring user problems
Experience developing solutions, and identifying where Order Management processes can be improved
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
