This is an exciting opportunity in Ramsgate or Daventry for a Customer Order Management Global Segment Leader

The Role

As the Customer Order Management Global Segment Leader you will be a key part of our supply chain function. You will be a primary point of contact for the Strategic Segment and will be working with other areas of the business to generate revenue, increase customer satisfaction and optimize processes and procedures.

This role will suit someone who values best in class service with great customer engagement skills as well as being analytical and adaptive problem solver.

Your duties in the role will include:

  • Managing, developing and implementing project(s) of varying complexity and size in assigned functional area. Partners with business stakeholders to ensure a successfulCustomer project completion.

  • Leading multiple projects from inception to completion and facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project as it relates to Customer orders.

  • Working with business stakeholders to establishproject performance goals, designing project plans, develops timelines, identifying project milestones and tracking performance against performance goals and timeline.

  • Identifying, tracking and workingwith others to resolve segment issues.

  • Monitoring and communicating Customer project status to project team.

  • Managing project risk using quality tools to identify areas of risk as it relates to orders andworking with others on the team and outside the team to identify alternatives or solutions.

  • Documenting and sharing team learnings with other teams and drawing on other project team experiences to enhance the success of the project.

  • Identifying and assigning appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks.

  • Guiding and coaching team members through various stages of the project and providing developmental feedback to team members.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working within a Customer Management/Leader, Customer Account Manager/Leader, Supply Chain Manager/Leader or Project Management/Leader role or equivalent

Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • Must hold degree level qualification

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £46,000 - £56,000

  • Defined contribution pension scheme - company contributions up to 9%

  • Annual bonus plan - target 8% (based upon company performance)
