The role of Customer Order Management Analyst Placement will offer the following opportunities:
Working under the guidance of the Senior Account Representative, the student will be involved with all aspects of order management and customer interface with the Plant.
Encouraged to get involved with all other departments at the Plant to gain good knowledge and understanding of a global multinational organisation.
Continuously encouraged to provide own input to review and improve current processes for mutual benefit.

Opportunity to be involved with projects associated within Customer Order Management and other departments.
Role & Responsibilities:
Download and format customer order boards from Oracle OBIEE for distribution.
Continuous collation of data attributed to the Business using Oracle/Excel and providing the reports to a worldwide audience.
Researching various attributes of the Plant using Oracle/Excel and liaising with various departments in the creation of reports when required.
Liaising with shipping, providing essential documentation and creating important reports.
Prepare detailed Customer/Distributor Score Cards for review on a quarterly basis.
Data compilation for inclusion in a monthly report.
Qualifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in business or a related subject required.
Skills & Experience required:
Computer literacy - proficient knowledge of Windows, in particular Microsoft Excel.
Communication skills, verbal and written.
Teamwork.
Proactive attitude.
Attention to detail.
Analytical skills.
Time management/prioritisation skills.
