Parts Advisor


Fulfilling internal and external customer orders for engine and power generations supplies via the retail counter, shop counter or over the phone. Handling direct and detailed inquiries from internal customers in a knowledgeable, prompt and diplomatic manner.

  • Answer telephone calls and assist customers with parts orders

  • Set up orders, input orders into the system, print pick ticket and follow up as required

  • Cummins Power Systems focuses strongly upon safety in all aspects of our operations. The successful candidate must likewise consider safety as paramount and demonstrate a substantial awareness of work place safety and environmental knowledge.

  • Creates, maintains and promotes a safe clean workplace


  • Minimum high school diploma

  • High volume call center experience preferred.

  • Must have good experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer service focus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
