We are looking for a talented Master Production Scheduler to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for Cummins Filtration Unit/ Components Business Segment in Neillsville, WI.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Ability to solve complex problems independently. Driving down to root cause and implementing corrective action.
Ability to formulate recovery plans.
Establish, manage, and maintain a valid Master Production Schedule for selected items or family of products. Collaborate with other functional teams to ensure customer’s expectations and requirements are met.
Determine the impact of daily customer orders and adjusts the daily production schedule to ensure maximum order fulfillment.
Work with external and internal cross functional stakeholders to develop and implement short and mid-term tactical improvements.
Mentor and coach Production Schedulers and/or Production Coordinators.

B.S or BA in applicable fieldIntermediate level of practical work experience, 2-3 yrs.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
