This is an exciting opportunity in Rocky Mount, North Carolina for a Data Analyst.

Your impact will happen in these and other ways:
Supports several aspects of a function's Functional Excellence efforts.
Works within assigned functional discipline to assist with improvements in common functional processes and tools
Assists with the development of communications to ensure that employees are up-to-date on functional discipline ideas and efforts
Provide analytical support to one or more functional areas
Use common processes tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis
Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plans
Maintains updates and accuracy of information documented in functional databases, websites, etc.
Ensure data integrity of all analytics and reports
Facilitating Internal Relationships Consensus- Basic ability to pull a broad mix of people and related skill bases together for a common purpose and goal. It will often involve ability to influence because people on your team will very rarely report directly to you as a leader. Group dynamic techniques to have an individual or group work through a challenging issue, prove for issues/ concerns and drive to consensus
Analytical Reasoning- Applies basic research methodologies and statistical analysis to solve problems. Synthesizes and analyzes low to moderately complex data, information and evidence in order to draw meaningful conclusions.
Supply Chain Knowledge- Works in or with the Supply Chain functions and has knowledge of how the functions work to meet our end customer's requirements
Analyze Issues- Demonstrated results indicating deep knowledge of analyzing issues. Critically identifies an issues scope and parameters while analyzing it from multiple perspectives. Determines the root causes as well as broad implications of issues. Integrates information and defines an array of alternative. Applies a wide variety of analytical tools and processes (e.g. Six Sigma) on a regular basis to complete key projects and solve complex problems
Develops Systems and Processes- Some knowledge or awareness of how to develop systems and processes. Limited application of systems and processes to improve and complete work. Documents simple work processes and procedures
Education: Licenses, Certifications- B.S or B.A in applicable field
Experience: At least one internship or equivalent work experience in supply chain role
Compensation and Benefits
Base hourly rate commensurate with experience
